We do not keep any inventory on hand. This is a conscious decision to minimize consumption.

Once an order has been placed, it's in the queue for your garment(s) to be constructed within three (3) to five (5) business days. All orders will be updated, including all tracking information via email. Any garments that are on pre-sale will have a custom release date. This will give you an idea of when your piece(s) will be shipped.

Sometimes things happen, if for whatever reason there is a delay we will make sure to reach out through email. If you have questions, you can always Write Us.

Everything is ethically made to order in Toronto, ON, Canada.

We embrace practical minimalism, IE does not keep any inventory on hand. Everything is made-to-order using upcycled materials while being mindful of how we source our textiles and notions. We reuse all of our scraps for zero waste. Our partners continue to find methods to keep waste to a minimum while offering sustainable services to improve logistics and recycling of a truly circular economy.  

After your order has been shipped, your tracking information should become accessible within 24hrs. Depending on where you live, shipping times depend on the postal option chosen.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON DOMESTIC ORDERS $250+

Just a reminder that you will receive your tracking number anywhere from 7-14 business days from the date that it has shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. Standard Shipping is limited to Canada and 48 contiguous States. Shipping addresses in North America, PO Boxes and Canadian / US Territories will be shipped via Canada Post or USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we've used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it.

NORTH AMERICA, PO BOXES, & CANADIAN / U.S TERRITORIES

We accept orders shipped to North America, PO boxes and or Canadian U.S. territories. Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via Canada Post, USPS, or UPS Priority Mail service.

FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ON ORDERS $400+

Offer valid for international orders amounting to $400.00 or more before taxes or any fees, and only for customers shipping to an address outside of North America. Packages will ship for FREE using Standard Shipping service (as detailed below). 

PRIORITY OR EXPRESS SHIPPING VS. STANDARD SHIPPING

We advised that you do not choose this option to ship your package. If you decide this route, INHERIT isnot responsiblefor any lost or damaged items. However, please note that all orders are highly suggested that you decide either one of the two options, priority or express. This will come with insurance, and will be trackable once it goes over the boarder. If anything happens to your package, you will be fully covered. Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.Your order will be delivered by UPS who will attempt to deliver the goods to you three (3) times. They will also leave a notice card after each delivery attempt to advise you what you can do to arrange the receipt of your package. STANDARD SHIPPING

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Your order will be delivered by UPS who will attempt to deliver the goods to you three (3) times. They will also leave a notice card after each delivery attempt to advise you what you can do to arrange the receipt of your package. Your signature will be required upon delivery.

TAXES AND DUTIES

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Unfortunately, due to certain trademark, product content and embargo restrictions, we currently do not ship all products available on our website(s) to all countries. If you have a restricted item in your cart, you will receive a message during checkout that lists the restricted item along with specific instructions to remove the item from your cart or to change the shipping method or address, if applicable.

We do not offer refunds.

Due to each piece being handmade, we only offer exchanges or store credit. Everything must be shipped within seven (7) days from the delivery date. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. All garments must have the original packaging, including any IE branded materials, and are still attached.

Any merchandise marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned. Undergarments and swimwear cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for their country's duties tax. 

Returns for exchanged and or store credit will be processed within 24hrs of inspecting your return. All returns, most have the original tags and packaging in tact. If the customer has failed to provide the following, there will be a restocking fee of $20 US, which will be deducted from your total. 

Please follow the instructions in the return portal. Please write your order number on the outside of the package. All store credits are sent via email. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any duties, taxes, or shipping charges.

Login in to your account and follow the prompts. Or you click the “RETURN” link. Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request has been approved.

How soon will I get my store credit or exchange?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your store credit or exchange will be processed.
